About Cyclora

Somewhere between "it's just stress" and a 40-question daily health survey, there should be a tool that simply helps you notice what your body is doing. That's Cyclora.

Perimenopause is real, common, and still strangely under-explained. Most women first meet it as a series of confusing one-offs — a heart that races for no reason, a 3am wake-up that becomes a habit, a word that won't come to mind. The information out there tends to be either too clinical to feel human or too casual to be useful.

What we believe

  • Your experience is data, not drama. A timestamped "hot flash, 2:40pm" is worth more than a month of trying to remember.
  • Patterns beat explanations. We won't tell you wine causes your night sweats. We'll show you what actually lines up in your own logs, and let you decide.
  • No blame, ever. Nothing in Cyclora will make you feel at fault for a symptom. Bodies change; that's not a failing.
  • Privacy is the default. Health data is sensitive. We don't put symptom details in notifications, we don't sell data, and we don't share anything without you choosing to.

About our content

Articles on this site are written by the Cyclora editorial team in plain language, drawing on published research and guidance from menopause specialists. They're general information — not medical advice, and never a diagnosis. Each article carries a slot for clinician review, and we're building relationships with medical reviewers as the library grows.
